We want you to love your REMEDI® stretch side scrub tops! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help you get it sorted.
Our Return Window
You can return or exchange any item within 5 working days of the date your delivery arrived to you.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or credit, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and unwashed — items must be in their original, brand-new condition.
- No stains — items with any stains, soiling, or marks from makeup, deodorant, or smells from fragrances or cooking cannot be returned for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final clearance / "Sale" items sold at a reduced price cannot be returned for exchange.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Consumer Guarantees New Zealand
Our returns policy works alongside your legal rights. If a REMEDI® item has a major manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
